Prof.Yik-Chung Wu, The University of Hong Kong, China (IEEE Senior Member)
Biography: Yik-Chung Wu received the B.Eng. (EEE) degree in 1998 and the M.Phil. degree in 2001 from the University of Hong Kong (HKU). He received the Croucher Foundation scholarship in 2002 to study Ph.D. degree at Texas A&M University, College Station, and graduated in 2005. From August 2005 to August 2006, he was with the Thomson Corporate Research, Princeton, NJ, as a Member of Technical Staff. Since September 2006, he has been with HKU, currently as an Associate Professor. He was a visiting scholar at Princeton University, in summers of 2015 and 2017. His research interests are in general area of signal processing, and communication systems. He served as an Editor for IEEE Communications Letters, and IEEE Transactions on Communications. He is currently a Senior Area Editor for IEEE Transactions on Signal Processing, an Associate Editor for IEEE Wireless Communications Letters, and an Editor for Journal of Communications and Networks. He received four best paper awards in international conferences, with the most recent one from IEEE International Conference on Communications (ICC) 2020. He is a senior member of the IEEE.
Prof.Muazzam Ali Khan Khattak, Quaid-i-Azam University, Pakistan (IEEE Senior Member)
Biography: Prof. Dr. Muazzam Ali Khan Khattak is working as Tenured Professor and Director ICESCO Chair Data Analytics and Edge Computing at Department of Computer Sciences, Quaid-i-Azam University, Islamabad. He is an outstanding faculty member of computer science department and have made significant contributions in research and designing advance computing courses on most modern lines for the syllabi of PhD, Master’s and Bachelor in Computer Science programs at Higher Education Commission Pakistan, National University of Sciences & Technology, Islamabad, (NUST), Department of Computing, NUST SEECS, NUST College of Electrical & Mechanical Engineering (CEME) and Department of Computer Science, Abdul Wali Khan University, Mardan. Currently his personal endeavors have been vitally instrumental in transforming department of computer science into a regional center of excellence to offer state-of-the-art indigenous research and academic services to the nation. Earlier Dr. Khattak served as Associate Dean of Computing Department at NUST School of Electrical Engineering and Computer Science (SEECS) 2017-2020, Post graduate Head, Department of Computer Engineering, NUST CEME 2013-2016 and Chair Department of Computer Science, AWKU, Mardan 2012-2013. During his tenure as Associate Dean Computing (S-HoD), NUST, the computer science program attained the top position at national level and 138th position at international level.
Dr. Khattak started new degree programs of MS and PhD in Data Science, Artificial intelligence and machine learning. He also played a vital role in establishment of Computer Science Department at NUST Quetta Campus and at AWK University Mardan. Dr. Khattak contributed and also led cutting edge scientific research projects imbued with sound potential for national progress. He is credited with establishing research collaboration with many international universities such as School of Computing & Electrical Engineering (SCE), University of Missouri, Kansas City (UMKC), USA, Institute of Distributed Systems, University of Ulm, Germany, Kansas State University, Kansas USA, The Korea Advanced Institute of Science and Technology (KAIST), Korea, Linnaeus University (LNU), Sweden and Kazakh British Technical University, Kazakhstan. He carried out his PhD research and Postdoc Research Fellowship at University of Missouri Kansas City (UMKC), USA and International Islamic University, Islamabad. Despite his involvement in multiple professional and administrative activities he has copiously contributed to prestigious scientific journals, seminars/conferences both at national/international levels, and has 170 research papers with more than 300 Impact factor and book chapters to his credit having 2460+ citations. He also organized many international Conferences such as C-CODE-2017, HONET-ICT 2018, C-CODE 2019, HONET-ICT 2019, HONET-ICT 2020, HONET-ICT 2021 and HONET-ICT 2022.
Apart from being a Senior Member of IEEE, Senior Member Pakistan Academy of Sciences he is also senior member of National Computing Education Accreditation Council (NCEAC), member of HEC Accreditation & Attestation Division for Computing Programs. He is also a technical reviewer of more than 40 national and international conferences and journals.
He has been award grant of 20 Million by ICESCO and 06 Million by Huawei International for establishment of Huawei Academy at Quaid-i-Azam University, Islamabad.
Prof. Fang Hu, College of Information Engineering, Hubei University of Chinese Medicine, China (IEEE / CCF Senior Member)
Biography: Fang Hu received her Ph.D. in 2015 from the School of Computers, Central China Normal University, Wuhan, China. Dr. Hu worked at the University of West Florida as a postdoctoral researcher in the Department of Mathematics and Statistics during 2018-2019. Dr. Hu is currently a Full Professor at the College of Information Engineering, Hubei University of Chinese Medicine. She is an IEEE Senior Member, a China Computer Federation (CCF) Senior Member, the Website Chair of the IEEE Computer Society Big Data STC, the Executive Committee of the China Computer Federation (CCF) on Pervasive Computing, the Communication Committee of the Chinese Institute of Electronics' Youth Professional Technical Committee of the Internet of Things, etc. She is a Guest Editor or Reviewer for over 80 SCI journals, such as IEEE Transactions on Network Science and Engineering, IEEE Systems Journal, etc. She is a Technical Program Committee and Program Committee for over 10 international conferences, such as EIIE, ISHCI, ICMIC, ISAIR, ICBSB, ICPMS, etc. She served as a keynote speaker at ICPHMS 2021, EEIE 2022, ICITBT 2022, MCCE 2023, EEIE 2023, ICMIC 2023, EEIT 2023, etc. As the first or corresponding author, she has published over 40 prestigious conference and journal articles, including over 20 SCI-indexed and over 10 EI-indexed papers.

Prof.Lu Leng, School of Software, Nanchang Hangkong University, China (IEEE/ACM/CCF/CSIGI/CAAI Member)
Biography: Lu Leng received his Ph.D degree from Southwest Jiaotong University, Chengdu, P. R. China, in 2012. He performed his postdoctoral research at Yonsei University, Seoul, South Korea, and Nanjing University of Aeronautics and Astronautics, Nanjing, P. R. China. He was a visiting scholar at West Virginia University, USA, and Yonsei University, South Korea. Currently, he is a full professor at Nanchang Hangkong University.
Prof. Leng has published more than 100 international journal and conference papers, including about 60 SCI papers and three highly cited papers. He has been granted several scholarships and funding projects, including five projects supported by National Natural Science Foundation of China (NSFC). He serves as a reviewer of more than 100 international journals and conferences. His research interests include computer vision, biometric template protection and biometric recognition.
Prof. Leng is an outstanding representative of "Innovation Talent" of Jiangxi Enterprise in "Science and Technology China" in 2021, received "Jiangxi Youth May Fourth Medal" in 2019, "Jiangxi Hundred-Thousand-Ten-thousand Talent Project" in 2018, "Jiangxi Voyage Project" in 2014, etc.
